• Use any automated tool, bot, scraper, spider or similar mechanism to access or collect data from the Platform;
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform, its servers, or any connected systems;
• Reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble any software or technology used to operate the Platform;
• Use the Platform in a manner that could damage, overburden or impair its functionality or the experience of other users;
• Use the Platform to engage in any unlawful, fraudulent or deceptive activity.

All Content on pk265 is provided for informational and entertainment purposes only. Nothing on the Platform constitutes a recommendation, inducement or guarantee of any specific outcome in relation to betting or gambling. You are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to view Content on the Platform for your own personal, non-commercial use. This licence does not grant you any ownership rights and may be revoked at any time. Nothing in these Terms transfers or assigns any intellectual property rights to you.

The "pk265" name, logo and associated marks are the property of the Operator and may not be used without express written permission. Any unauthorised use of pk265 intellectual property is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pk265 and its directors, officers, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Any third-party conduct or content linked to or from the Platform.

The Platform and all Content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranty of any kind, express or implied. pk265 makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free from viruses or other harmful components.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Operator is incorporated or registered, to the extent permitted by applicable law. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in that jurisdiction, unless applicable mandatory law requires otherwise.

Users in Pakistan are reminded that domestic law — including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 — may impose independent obligations and restrictions. These Terms do not override, modify or exclude any mandatory requirements of applicable local law. Users are responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable national and local laws.
